Middlesbrough Middlehaven

Following their £200 million commitment of private investment, detailed planning consent has been granted to developers BioRegional Quintain for the first of fifteen futuristic buildings. Designed by Will Alsop and FAT Architects, the two buildings launch the RiversideOne development and between them feature 150 apartments and 13,000 sq ft of ground floor office space.

Already Terrace Hill's high-specification office accommodation has welcomed its first residents. The Crown Prosecution Service relocated their new headquarters to Hudson Quay at Manhattan Gate, taking more than 16,000 sq ft of first class office space next to Middlesbrough Football Club's Riverside Stadium.

The fully branded Middlehaven Mover now provides public transport between Middlesbrough town centre and the development and will provide invaluable to the staff and future students of Middlesbrough College. The £70 million college destined to turn heads and fill minds opens September 2008.
