Tees Valley Regeneration is proud to announce exciting and ambitious plans to transform Stockton's riverside.
Working with English Partnerships, leading urban regeneration specialist Muse Developments and award winning property developer Urban Splash, the scheme was unveiled at public consultation in March 08.
The proposals include waterfront houses and apartments, offices, leisure and retails facilities including cafes, restaurants, bars and shops together with hotel accommodation.
Plans now go to Stockton Borough Council for planning approval upon which further images will be released, so please keep visiting this website.
